    Approval ExpressTM is the latest advance in mortgage technology to speed up the lending process. Approval ExpressTM can approve you for a mortgage within a few minutes. Most companies only give you a conditional "Pre-approval" or "Pre-Qualification". Approval ExpressTM means that, subject to verification of the information, you are approved for the loan program for which you just applied.

    Your loan officer may discuss with you one or more loan programs for your consideration, in addition to the one for which you applied. You are under no obligation to accept any of these. These may be presented to you solely for comparison so that you can make an informed choice, based upon the information you provided in your application. How Does It Work?
  • Approval ExpressTM can approve you for a mortgage loan in a few minutes.

  • Apply for a mortgage by filling out the loan application. Use the "Apply Now" button at your right.

  • When you complete your application, you will be given the option to use our exclusive Approval ExpressTM feature.

  • Approval ExpressTM will check your application for completeness and may ask you to correct or add additional information before proceeding.

  • In a few minutes you will receive a decision. Your application and the Approval ExpressTM decision are electronically sent to our office, where one of our Loan Officers will contact you as soon as possible.

  • If you prefer to skip Approval ExpressTM, just complete the application and select Gold Standard. Your application is sent directly to our office to begin the approval process.
